To My Valued Patients,

After much thought and deliberation, I have made the decision to retire from the practice of medicine effective January 1, 2012. While it is difficult for me to leave my patients, the other urologists in the practice have agreed to assume your care, and knowing that you will be well cared for makes this decision somewhat easier.

If you would like to continue to receive care at this office and want to request a specific physician, please let the office staff know and they will make every effort to satisfy your request. Otherwise, simply tell the staff that you were my patient and they will schedule you with another urologist you might have seen in the past or, if you prefer, to see a physician with the soonest available appointment.

I would like to thank you for the allowing me the privilege of caring for your urologic needs over these many years and I wish you well.
