Directions

From Interstate 5 Northbound

1. Take Beltline Highway exit (exit number 195A-B) heading toward "Junction City/Florence."
2. Take the exit (exit number 195A) heading toward "Gateway Mall/State Police."
3. Turn right onto Gateway Street.
4. Turn left onto Harlow Road.
5. Turn right onto Hartman Lane.
6. Oregon Urology Institute is on your right at 2400 Hartman Lane, across from Guy Lee School.

From Interstate 5 Southbound

1. Take the exit (exit number 195A) heading toward "N. Springfield/Gateway Mall.")
2. Merge onto Beltline Highway East.
3. Turn right onto Gateway Street.
4. Turn left onto Harlow Road.
5. Turn right onto Hartman Lane.
6. Oregon Urology Institute is on your right at 2400 Hartman Lane, across from Guy Lee School.
