Pre-Registration

All patients having a procedure or surgery at Oregon SurgiCenter will need to be pre-registered.

We will attempt to contact you to get you pre-registered (Oregon SurgiCenter and the physicians' offices are separate businesses). This is to ensure that we have all the correct information to make check-in as quick and smooth as possible. If you have not heard from us by the day before your appointment - please call our office. We will verify your insurance benefits for the SurgiCenter and let you know what will be expected from you on the day of procedure. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, check, money order or cash. When our business office staff member calls to pre-register, let them know if you need to setup a payment plan. There will be at least two separate bills for this procedure. One for Oregon SurgiCenter and one for the physician. If anything is sent to pathology or the lab, they will be separate as well. In addition, if you are having anesthesia - this will be a separate bill also.
